* Move stop-timer-on-answer strings to correct section

* Add auto-advance options to deck preset

* Implement answer actions

* Fix error when last card is answered before timeout

* Add option to wait for audio to finish

* Add auto-advance toggle

* Disable auto-advance when main window state changes
