remove PyQt 6.2.0 workarounds
Fixed in the 6.2.1 release, and attempting to sign again on ARM
breaks the build.

- use a single script for all PyQt versions
- add hashes
- add a new ./run-qt5.14 script for testing with PyQt5.14
